This well loved Narraweena home had a pretty well-maintained tiled roof with no issues, but the owners felt they just needed a bit of a refresh, as the once vibrant colour had faded, and the tiles were beginning to show their age.
Instead of opting for a costly and disruptive replacement, the homeowners chose a more budget-friendly and eco-conscious solution: a roof respray.
This process involves carefully preparing the existing roof surface and applying a high-quality coating specifically designed for tile. This not only rejuvenates the roof's appearance but also provides a protective layer against the elements, extending its lifespan.
Our valued client Lisa, shared her 5 star experience about her roof respray:
“Tim from cloud 9 did a great job! No mess left, slotted us in quickly, very professional and great result!”
The Cloud9 Roofing Solution:
The Cloud 9 team started with an all important pressure clean to remove dirt, grime, and other debris from the roof. This helped to improve the appearance of the roof and prepare it for painting. A number of broken/damaged tiles were then replaced to help prevent any future leaks or problems. The Cloud9 team then proceeded to recement and repoint the ridge caps (tiles that run along the top of the roof) before applying a primer and two coats of membrane paint.
The transformation was remarkable. The faded tiles were given a fresh lease on life, acquiring a vibrant new hue that complemented the home's architecture. The roof not only looked as good as new but also received a renewed layer of protection against harsh weather conditions, ensuring years of continued service.
