We systematically changed all existing roof screws, replacing them with new, high-quality powder-coated screws equipped with durable rubber washers. Then we began on the task of targeted sheet replacement: Approximately six rusted roof sheets that were beyond simple repair. To ensure the roof's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal, these severely affected sheets were carefully removed and replaced with new ones, seamlessly integrating with the existing structure.

Premium Painting System: Protection meets Aesthetics:

1 x Coat Metal Primer: A high-quality metal primer was applied to all areas. This acts as a vital bonding agent, promoting excellent adhesion of the topcoats and providing an additional layer of rust inhibition.

2 x Coats Nutech Roof Membrane Paint: For the final flourish and ultimate protection, two generous coats of Nutech Roof Membrane Paint were applied. Nutech is renowned for its durability, weather resistance, and ability to withstand harsh Australian conditions, including the coastal climate of Whale Beach. The chosen colour revitalized the home's exterior, significantly enhancing its curb appeal.

Gutter Replacement with Coastal Specifics: Gutters are critical for water management, and coastal environments demand robust solutions.

All old, potentially corroded gutters were carefully removed from both the house and carport.

 We then supplied and fitted new "Ultra Coastal High Front" gutters and fittings. These specialised gutters are designed to handle high rainfall, prevent overflow, and offer enhanced corrosion resistance, making them ideal for this coastal property.

Finally, taking care of Waste: We believe in leaving every site cleaner than we found it. All removed materials and rubbish were meticulously cleared from the site, with a strong emphasis on recycling wherever possible, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility.
