We also fitted a new square line gutter (matching the existing style) to specific areas of the house, replacing the sections affected by rust.
Screw Replacement: Every single rusted roof screw was removed and replaced with high-quality, powder-coated screws featuring rubber washers. This provides a secure, watertight seal and prevents future rust.
Rusted Sheet Replacement: The damaged roof sheet was carefully removed and replaced with a durable, 0.48 Colorbond sheet in the matching colour.
Thorough Cleaning and Coating: To ensure long-term protection, we pressure cleaned the entire roof surface, removing any dirt, debris, and loose rust. We then applied one coat of metal primer to inhibit future corrosion, followed by two coats of high-performance Nu Tech roof membrane paint for a beautiful and resilient finish.
Site Clean-up: We took care of all the rubbish removal, ensuring responsible recycling where possible.
