The existing skylight was past its prime, and the area around the chimney was a constant source of frustration. To resolve these issues permanently, our skilled Cloud9 Roofing team got to work.

First, we addressed the persistent chimney leak. We applied a durable rubberised liquid membrane around the roof vent, creating a watertight seal designed to stand up to the elements. This proactive step helps prevent future water ingress and protects the home's structure.

Next, it was time for the skylight upgrade. We supplied and installed a brand-new acrylic dome skylight with a clear finish, perfectly suited for the home's corrugated roof. These vented frames not only bring in abundant natural light but also offer improved ventilation. To ensure a complete and lasting seal, we custom-fabricated and fitted Colorbond tray flashing to effectively close off water channels behind the new skylight.
