The Bilgola installation
Our process began with the careful removal of existing gutters at the front top section, paving the way for a complete roof transformation. We then supplied and fitted timber fascia to the entire length, ensuring a solid foundation for the new roofing system. A thorough check of the rafters was conducted to guarantee structural integrity, followed by the reinstatement of Colourbond fascia cover and mini line gutters and fittings.
The core of the project involved stripping the existing roof sheets to the front top section only, preparing the area for the new Kliplok installation.
To enhance thermal efficiency, we supplied and fitted 55mm insulation blanket, providing superior comfort and energy savings. We then installed 0.48 Kliplok 700 roof sheets and fittings, renowned for their robust design and weather resistance.
Customisation is key to a perfect fit, which is why we supplied and fitted custom flashing and ridge caps. For added protection, we installed gutter guard to sit under the roof, preventing debris buildup and ensuring optimal drainage. Finally, we ensured a clean and tidy site by removing all rubbish and recycling where possible.
